Las viñas de las viñas

I finally tore myself from the filthy claws of Santiago. I have to say that it was one of the ugliest cities I have found since I left the states. It is full of deliquents, drunks and absolute idiocracy. To make a long story short I am utterly tickled to be in another place, whatever that place may be. I left three days ago and arrived in el Viña del mar and later el Valparaiso. Extremely beautiful and artistic landscapes line the interstate and with ease we were able to take advantage of much of the city without literally laying a foot on the pavement. We met two more Chilenos and they are showing us the city and what lays beyond. Valleys, forest, coasts. We are trying to soak up as much as we can before heading on to the most southern part of South America possible. What an adventure! I have to say that from my short journey in our most southern part of the americas I have been treated incredibly well in practically everywhere that I have ended up resting my bones. I have delighted myself with steaming mouth-watering chicken, rice pacted with the most nutricious vegetables or even fries potatoes, fried yuca with ají, or sopapillas from chile, the food is incredible though ocasionally I end up passing a hand full of nights feasting on bread and if available butter with a bit of meat or avacado. I have not found anything to complain about and feel unbelievably satified to be able to experience every flavorful moment that I can here in South America.
