¿Horarios?

So I am still staying at ¨my friend¨and have met some South African fellows who appear to not really have any conciousness about cultural differences. They are quite ignorant to the image they present but are still good for a laugh now and again. There is a 18 year old kid from London who is always searching through sarcasm the reasons why we exist. An attempted philosophy major has put several strange loops in his head and with a few more years under his belt I presume he will finally flourish with a more passive and logistic outlook.
I decided to try my luck at surfing last Sunday and established the fact that if I only paid for the wetsuit and longboard I would save myself 15 soles or $5. I eagerly set off for the beach and with a few simple ideas of how to do it I placed myself in the water. It wasn´t too bad thanks to some of my past hobbies but since there were so many people on the beach and in the water when I finally caught a wave and attempted to stand up I had to dive back off so that the big round eyes of several peruvian children weren´t blugeoned with the board. Most of them would see me coming but the excitement of seeing someone surfing left there legs stuck in the sand and me praying that I wasn´t going to kill any of them. I decided the next time I would try it would be in the morning and on a week day. I have been trying to learn how to make bracelets and necklaces from the artisans so that I can help pay my way through some of the other countries. They have been doing it for so long that they neglect to realize I have no idea how to do these unquestionably difficult braids. ¨Poco a poco¨ they tell me and I smile allowing myself to realize such things cannot be achieve without patience.
I still don´t have place lined up. The original apartment ended up changing into the hulk, bulging and green with additional expenses. We decided it was better to look for a cheaper place. There is another hostel I can stay at with a kitchen and a small room which will cost me around $104. I may try and bargain with the patrona to see if she´ll lower the price considering Ill be there for a month. As for work, Things are still not really clear except that I will be doing research to find American colleges with exchange programs. I have no schedule and it is hard to know really what I need to do. I will show up tomorrow and see when she needs me to come again. Suppose that is simply the peruvian way... comparing it to anything else would be a tragedy.
